Biomechanical Check-Points

Whether from the Wind-up or Stretch, it is important to be in a comfortable athletic position.

Head over bellybutton, nose over toes.

Controlled movement to the balance position with toe underneath the lead knee.

The Lead knee must be aligned with throwing arm shoulder at Apex.

Slight flexion in the back leg.

The Hands need to follow the lead knee at separation.
